Home Radio Road

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

Re: What are we really listening to on radio?

I think it's called free (or nearly free) music. If I hear something I like, I'll go and buy it. The radio lets me sample a lot of music I probably won't know about. Mind you, there's a lot of stuff there that isn't worth paying for, but there are also gems of great music out there. (kind of like surfing the net).

The fidelity of FM is, for the most part, not "audiophile" quality, but it's pretty good. It's about the music, not the fidelity.
