I realize there is a signal from the MPX chassis to saturate the eye. This is not happening nor is the music separated. The discriminator is passing full bandwidth since an outboard eico decoder sounds excellent and lights its lights. The 38 is not making it past the front of this WX thing; the question is why? I say that because the eye signal is fed from early on. I always make note of starting position on slugs and put them back where they were if no good comes of it. If a thing is even close I can always get it right listening to off air via headphones.
