The tubes significantly changed the alignment. I did as you suggested, aligned by tuning eye and ear. It brought the station in and quieted background noise, but the sound isn't very good. When I get the manual will align it with scope etc., do have one slug difficult to turn. Do you have any suggestions to lubricate it?
