More likely than not. Beaware that the flat little four leaded metal can bolted to one side of the chassis is a selenium bridge - might have one for the filaments and another for the B supply (maybe one for the bias also). These fail stink and selenium dioxide is poisonous (really hard to get the smell out of a room). If you wind up replacing a few of these the voltages will go up. Not significant for the B but could be for the C and A so measure 'em first if you don't have a schemo.
