It depends upon the tuner filtering & multiplexer design. But most vintage tuners will be effected with HD signals. If someone came up with DIY kits & instructions at $79 each for SS & $100 with a tube amplifier section (less tube), they could make some good money. I guess 10,000 sales at $50 profit each is worth half a million.
A service to install the kits would be worthwhile for a retiree. Would not one want to save their prized FM tuner for a few dollars?
