Yes, that would seem to be the case...However, as I said, I have sold tubes to this dealer before--He has always been extremely fair. It would seem that if he were trying to rip me off, he would just give me a lowball estimate for the quad--instead of saying that three of them were worth nothing; risking the chance that I would just pay him for his time and have him send them back to me.
