It's been about a year--but as I recall, they sounded very good. Shortly after, I came across a set of Ruby EL34s, for $50. They were the old Teslas, and I wanted to try them out--since they were raved about in VTV. I ended up leaving them in and storing the Mullards--I didn't want to use them up, because they were XF1s.
