I have no issue with the legality, and I am not knocking the quality of his tubes.

But I think that the marketing is just sleazy and deceptive. Nothing anti-capitalist in criticizing marketing, but it suits some to read things that are not written. Do you believe that anything that is legal is inherently beyond criticism?
