Unless you're willing to measure and modify in response to results, please just enjoy the music. If you purchased an amp where you can't afford to replace the valves, the concern lies elsewhere...:)
I the only thing I avoid is running my amps while not listening. My wife has a tendency to turn things down and then neglect to power down.
Look up the average life span of vacuum tube based voltage amps and power amps...might give you some peace.
