You can get a pre amp and amp (SET) for under your budget. Then get a bunch of cool tubes for the amps. They take about anything. Tube rollers dream. And, btw, sound unbelievable. Remember Dennis designed all the Cary stuff. He builds the Inspire pieces by hand...himself!!
