What colour and length are the plates, also the shape of the getter halo?

Copper grid posts or not?

Mullard always grey plate, all the cv492 I have seen from mallard are earlier longer 17mm plate with either round halo on single or dual support.. Or if you are lucky.. Square getter on dual support. Look for mcx or f9x etched code.

The absence of etched code is interesting... Rub oil from your hair with you hand across the tube and look again under light..

Of course a pic would clear this up almost certainly.
