new production tubes will never scratch the qualtity level of the old ones IMHO.
why donĀ“t you look after a flock of vintage valves you need in your gear and would enjoy minimum 3 benefits that new ones would never give: reliable electric parameters, fantastic sound for nearly a liftime (small tubes) and as a side effect their value would even not decrcease like the price of used new ones. waste money! no bank performs that profit...
