jim..i did not get them from you....i was having the loud hum in my rt channel speaker..i thought it was a ground loop issue due to the fact that when i touched the preamp...where the tubes were...the sound...hum... disappeared. i reinstalled a pair of seimen cca 6922s and the hum immediately stopped...i did not think to switch channels..i actually did like what they 'brought to the table' as they seemed to be very good indeed..if you are interested i could ship them to you from a point of interest..i did keep them..
