If she has a 6000A and you are using a TV-7, you will never get the same kind of readings, calibrated perfectly or not. Different circuits will give different readings, this is clear when the accepted minimums for the same type of tube is different when the testers are made by Hickok.
Apples and oranges. Can't slam her for that. And yes, some types will read much higher when new than an extrapolated "100%" rating.
