The photos show the only 2- 6SN7's I have- (they were tossed in with an EICO HF-12 and some other tubes), an RCA with the code "3-48" and the markings 6SN7GTA and above a Sylvania also marked 6SN7GTA. The etched type number is in a wide octagon- visible in the photo- that reminds me more of the usual Tung Sol than the narrow RCA rectangle. This RCA is the only tube I know that has a bottom getter. Oddly, the other 6SN7, which is labeled Sylvania and has a different construction with a top getter has the same broad octagonal marking but on the top of the bottle.
The RCA looks very similar to yours, but I won't comment further as I don't have any experience with 6SN7's.
