Don't panic! While California does have increasingly strict energy laws, these are generally quite sensible- and energy efficiency -as well as devlopment of alternate sources (coal makes up only about 1%)- is among the best in the world- except in the realm of transportation.
The number of tube amplifiers sold makes too tiny a percentage of increase to consider outlawing, whereas:
