RE: Suggestions for a transformer coupled pre-amp

I built a Parafeed CCS loaded 5687 preamp. I based it on the below scheme.

I've been very pleased with the results. The 5687s do tend to get microphonic with mileage. I might eventually try a Russian equiv.

Well worth the money for the iron. IMHO..
