We all have different gear, and ears. But I thought the Sovtek 6SN7GT's were lean, bright, and far too aggressive to enjoy. I pererred even a late 60's Sylvania 6SN7GTB (which you can get easily for almost the same price as the Sovtek).
But again - if it sounds good to you, then it is good!
