It's worth getting a nice pair of headphones to use with it.

I tried it with the Sophia Princess mesh-plate 274B, and it's good, but it was almost as good, and maybe in some ways better, with an RCA 5U4G. I used Sylvania JAN 6DJ8's, which I think sounds great and are cheap.
