There is some confusion here. ALL 6H30 tubes have the character П, often transliterated as Pi. It simply indicates the envelop type - glass miniature. After that you can have nothing, or some suffix.
At the time we introduced that tube, there was no new production, the factory stopped making them years ago, therefore ALL our stock tubes were the highest grade -DR ones, specifically allocated to very special military stock. The story is they were used in the Soviet Doomsday Machine - I kid you not. The whole stock was then released by the military, who no longer needed it, and after being re-tested, sold to us.
As far as I know, no -DR tubes were ever produced since then. For the simple reason that nobody had money or desire to pay for those special tests. What we have today is the commercial grade tubes.
