I have no personal experience, but the "classic" operating point is 300 v @ 75 mA into 3.5 k load; this is with a positive bias supply of 35 v. I believe these op points originated with Soya Susumu, but I have no idea how extensively he experimented with op points.
Once again remembering that I have never utilized 3C24s as outputs, I believe I would start out with 425 v @ 50 mA [+30 v bias] into a load of 8-9k. Please keep us posted.
