New Issue Tung Sol 6550

I am curious--Given your high regard for the NOS Tung Sol 6550s, why have you not tried the reissues? Given your vast experience with tubes, I would think that you want to compare and report your findings. Even if I could find some, I cannot afford the NOS; but I would be very interested to see how the new ones compare...
