The 707 is one of B&K's testers that, while it purports to test Gm, does not provide information about what the target Gm reading is, and still "reports" just a good/bad relative reading.

My B&K 650, on the other hand, has different settings for "good/bad" versus "True Gm", and what the target "new" spec is on Gm for the tube under test.

But the 707 does test GM, not just emissions, for most tubes, so if you are well into the green, you are looking at a good tube. NOS tubes still test over a pretty wide range, so don't get too hung up on that.

FYI I have an electronic copy of the 707 manual which explains a lot of this if you want it.
