I could take your request seriously except for one word: 'super'!
There's no "super quiet" for cheap.
Super quiet starts around $75/tube -- and that's you hunting them down on eBay (which takes savvy of course ;-) Twice that if you want to buy from a 'reputable' online source like Upscale or Vintage Tube Service.
BTW, Andy at VTL is the only person I know who actually tests and grades all AT/AX/AU (or 81/82/83 if you prefer) tubes in 'line', 'phono', and 'mic' quietness categories -- and guarantees them!
