Did Mullard ever make or rebrand a 5U4G?

Since the 5U4G is the US designation, The tube in the auction below looks suspect to me. Given the flashing at the bottom - isn't this a rebranded Russian tube? And did Mullard actually rebrand these, or are these fakes?
