Help!-Need Hickock 533A settings (Bias, English,Mut.Cond.) for 01A/201A

Greetings- searched just about everywhere (including my own three different charts) and can only find the settings for a 533 (Bias-48,English-32,New Value-725), not a 533A, as I need. Can someone point me to a website or perhaps relate this informmation to me? Thanks very much, wpod
