Greetings- What brand and model is it, assuming it is not DIY? If it uses a known manufacturers' transformer (with a model #), then you may be able to look up the specs at the transformer makers' website. More than likely, the transformer should be over spec'd a bit and should have enough current to handle the extra 50ma. To be absolutely certain, however, it is usually recommended to contact the preamplier manufacturer directly.What is it?, Regards, wpod
