Thanks for your input, what you describe is what my Mullards look like as well.The tubes in the auction appear to be just a bit too clean looking to me. Now I need to find out if the seller knows what they really are, or if he is just a victim as well. Trying to think of a tactful way to approach this. Any suggestions? Tubemonger, are you out there?
