I like the Pentas better too (in my Mac MC275) Nice top to bottom balance, and "muscle". And if you compare the two you'll see why! The Penta has 3 getters, 3 micas, solid plates, plate cooling fins (on top), copper grid posts, and heavy glass. The JJ has none of these. Personally, I think the Penta SC is the best KT88 out there, short of NOS Genalex (which I haven't tried,) which some on these forums say are equaled by the Pentas.Sell the JJ's? Audiogon (check what they're going for) and Ebay -- might do better on Ebay.
