Cary V12R/SIXPACS Owners - What EL34/EL84's

I want to change the s.ock EL34 and EL84 tubes in my s.xpacs. I would like a little more extens.on while pres.rving that magic midrange. I have changed the 12BZ7 to the GE from Ups.ale. All advice is welcome.
