A quality isolation transformer shouldn't pass any DC off-set on to your equipment. Also, Herbies tube dampers improved clarity on my rig by helping with residual vibrations, especially when used in phono stage and low level voltage gain stages. I've also had good results from aplying Dynamat type material to the inside of tube amp chassis.
