Please help identify Philips Miniwatt EL34 (pic)

Greetings- I searched several websites ( but couldnt find the GOOD one) but I'm still not absolutely sure of the vintage (xf2 or xf3) of this tube. If you can't tell from the pic, the tube has welded plates (5 spots on either side), two halo getter rings, and an odd colored blackish brown base with hole in the guidepin. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, wpod
