Good review by what seems to be a classic tube audiophile. Having rolled NOS Mullards, Amperexs and Tels in my EE Minimax Phono pre, I prefer the GTs too. I didn't bother to test mine, so this reviewers test results are an eyeopener. I also am a fan of GTs EL34LS in my Cary V12R.
Someone now needs to produce a new 12AU7 as good as an Amperex 7316.
