There are several CD players that use tubes. Which one is yours? If you do a search here using the name of your CD player, you will probobly find tube rolling experiences of others. That said, I too have found that Amperex makes a good tube with a less dry sound than the Tels. I think I read that Siemens 7308 was good in Ah Tjobe.
