Check out his eBay feedback: goldliontmqI know it is hard to hear, but just be grateful that you are "only" out $100. I lost $400 in a transaction with his friend Andy, of Vintage Tube Services--a quad on Mullard El34 XF1s in which 3 turned out to be duds, and 1 barely tested good.
