New Sensor published those FUGLY curves. I looked and came to the conclusion that the type is not for me. It is my opinion that the KT120 belongs only in guitar amps. Other people are completely free to ignore me.
In addition to the linearity issue, a low grid to ground resistance limit and large heater current draw also constitute liabilities.
