The time constant of the circuit hasn't changed much at all. With 330 K and .047 in place if you just doubled the size of the cap to .1 then I'd agree with you. But since the value of the resistor is being cut roughly in half at the same time the cap size is being doubled, the time constant is virtually the same. The frequency response of the stage hardly changes at all.
The calculation of the low frequency time constants shows a very small difference is all. About 2.5 Hz is all.
