Well, Jim, I certainly did not buy those EH tubes from you. I did, however, buy them from three different vendors, all reputable, with very similar results each time.

How many more bad quads should a person buy before drawing negative conclusions about the brand? For me, three or four strikes suffices, even without considering the inconvenience and expense of collateral damage.

My current stock of NOS Sylvania, GE, and Westinghouse 7591As sound excellent, and bias and balance properly. None of the difficulties incurred with the EH variant. The NOS perform just like they were designed and manufactured to do.
