I would bet that your Premier 11a is closely related to the MV75. The possibility of an impedance mismatch really hinges on how flat your speakers' impedance curve is, which it is not. There really isn't a strong argument for that being much of an issue.
If you install the 6550's and you find you can't get the biasing voltage high enough, you can reduce the value of the 18k resistors that sit between the bias pots and ground (these are 18k on the MV-75, but they are probably not hard to find on your 11a with a schematic or a couple of photos). Modding the amp for a wider range of bias voltage isn't a terrible idea anyay.
