Help>>EAR834>>>Dead Right Channel

Hi everyone,
I have an EAR834 integrated and the right channel makes a low hum no matter what the volume setting and crackles when amp is shut off. I have switched all left tubes with right tubes and still no help. No sign of cap damage and wiring and resistors look ok but I have not tested them yet. Any advice greatly appreciated.
