That triangle is a Delta symbol. That's the factory code. That means the tube was made in Heerlen Holland (Philips plant). the 1J5 then is the date code. Whatever is on the line above that is the tube type code. If you can read it it will definitely tell you what the tube is. Some times you need a really strong light and good magnifying glass to read it...and luck...
Also, some sleuthing on this site (below) might help, it has pictures and codes of tubes to compare yours to.
