The internals kinda look like it could be. It could also be a 12AX7, or?Gotta get a read on that code. It will tell you definitively what the tube type is, and where and when it was made. It looks like it could be legible. I can see it in your pictures, can't make it out. But if I can kinda see it in the picture, I'm supposing it's more readable up close and personal.
If it's a Philips 12AU7/ECC82, the type code would be k6x or Gfx.
