Um... It also looks to me to be the remnant of a 'bugle boy' logo. If so,
and if the '1J5' on the tube is the Philips type code, then, according to the Philips code list it looks to me that it is a CV4009 tube which is 6BA6/EF93/5749. Is there another row of symbols/letters/numbers under the '1J5'? That would tell you the Philips factory and date.
