I too own a preamp from Albert. I picked mine up in person when I was still living in Vancouver though. He has also done some mods for my power amps (removing the hard wired power cord and installing an IEC connector) - took him all of a day to do that for the monoblocks. I spent several hours in his little cramped store this past December listening to his amps and speakers without purchasing anything. I'm currently saving up to purchase one of his tube DACs. You won't have a problem dealing with him.
