Space-Tech Hi-End Audio Laboratory - Your Experience

I'm moving towards upgrading my amp and pre-amp which are solid state units to all tube units. I've been corresponding with a gentleman at Space-Tech who I believe, with my limited understanding of tubes, to be extremely knowledgeable. He has been tremendously responsive to my questions and has analyzed my component needs based on the information I've supplied him. The company makes all their equipment to special order and indicates that similar pieces from brand name companies would cost much more. I was originally looking at Rogue Audio equipment, but have put that on hold to make a better informed decision.
My questions are, has anyone purchased any products from Space-Tech, what was your expereince for delivery, quality, tech support, price comparison for name brand, etc. Thank you
