Hi--You may know that the Eico HF-60 is much older in design and is basically an US version of the Mullard circuit with the English high gain pentode input stage but with a lower imped driver than the orig Mullard circuit. The ones I have seen use the huge Acrosound TO-300 output transformer. These amps go for more than the Dyna, are more of a collectors item and are rare compared to the Dyna. They will always be very special. As far as sound would not hazard a guess but in many ways the HF-60 is special. Also it is more expensively built since there are no PC boards. The problem with the HF-60 is that good ones are rare and if you can get two good ones at a reasonable price go for it. Max
