Don't know what you mean by mid-priced.Heath W-3, 4, 5; Eico HF-22; Pilot AA-902a; Craftsman C-500; Fisher 70a, 80a
All would be between 20 and 30 wpc; all use 6L6 or variation.
If you can get away with 15wpc then: Fisher 20a/30a; Eico HF-14; Heath UA1/2; Craftsman C-400. All use 6bq5.
All of the above should be possible for less than $500 pr in restored/ plug and play condition.
