I've tried JJ/Teslas, Electroharmonix fat bottles, Electroharmonix, SEDs, and Sovteks in my VTL's and I've found the SED's to be the most linear and even sounding EL34 across the frequency spectrum. Maybe a tad full in the middle but extremely well balanced overall. I've found the highs the most natural with the SED's.
