Hey Kevin, what did you pay for your HF-85 back in '93? I'm just wondering why Eico gear is in such demand now. I'm a newbie at tube audio and I'm a little surprised that vintage gear is going at premium prices.
For some reason I'm pulled towards DIY. I think it's because I hear great things about the kits and, as you said, the fun of it all.Best,
