Yes, mono means only one channel. I think he is referring to the seperate Bass and Treble controls for each channel (the left channel has a Gain, Treble, and Bass knob, and the right channel has a Gain, Treble and Bass knob, there is also a Master Volume control that adjusts both channels together.)Anyway, it is most definitely a stereo amp.
